Have you Paused today?
The day is beginning, maybe you’re already full steam or maybe it’s coming to a close. It’s a good time to come back to center.
You don’t need much just your breath. The very act of inhaling and exhaling slows down your heart rate. A simple practice we can all do at any time.
Take a moment with me to breathe, relax and bring all yourself to the present moment. Anchor yourself by breath.
