Our emotions and our love deserves to be seen and heard. Wellness is a matter of tending to more than just our physical bodies. We need to tend to our mental and emotional health.

Today we start simple. Just acknowledge how you feel.


Emotions come up naturally. It’s life, experiences, circumstances and self preservation that can shift the way we relate to our emotions. These ways served us when they needed to. That can change and it often should.


Feeling the feelings is a doorway and a path to healthy love. Love for ourselves and sharing with others.


Take some time to bring yourself back to acknowledging how you feel, your emotions are valuable and real.

Your love is valuable and important. Our emotions and our love deserves to be seen and heard. Most importantly by our very selves.
