Choose Love

Love requires vulnerability. You must risk showing up honestly without real knowledge of the outcome. I haven’t always enjoyed the outcome but in hindsight I’ve always grown in the journey.

Love is a force, an energy, a strength and peace. Wisdom and time have taught me to appreciate the moments love has afforded me to experience. And loving people whether familiar, strangers, alive or passed away is a gift.

Like the age old adage that is near and dear to my heart.
